1. no money ah? tauke give out low interest loan for you to build the toilet loh, so good right?

2. tauke give you the right to collect fee for at least 30 years leh...if you think after 30 years still NOT enough you can extend it somemore...

3. if your toilet NOT 'laku' and NOT making money, you can always increase the fee to compensate that as stated in the contract. can do it for manytimes some more...

4. people sure use your toilet one as public toilet lack of maintenance already un-usable liao. if people protest on that, tauke will compensate you leh (lagi shiok, no need to do this do that and can get money, dont have to sit in the behind table to collect money from users and facing their black face as always-jammed-pack-toiletss), Good leh, one side you are collecting the fee from the public and on the other hand tauke said the money collected NOT enough and will give you some bonus over the time...

got so big 'kap nah' jumping on the street meh ?? still Dont believe ah? our tauke mentioned it in newspaper today THAT as over the years, our tauke already paid out more than RM38 billion to the 12 employees who built toilet in the company for tuake !!! NO mistake leh, it is Billion NOT million.

you see? sure make money punya business leh. so if got lubang faster faster go to find places and propose it to our tauke...

no need to fight for what photocopier machines lah....(but if you can photocopy few thousand books/year also NOT bad as on average on book cost RM30,000 leh)

this morning 0615, I was carrying my son at the bedroom window,

daddy "Hah??!!" "boy, it is MOON NOT SUN"
my son ??!!???!!?!!???!

aiyah why today this stupid moon still around at this time, SEE my son confused liao....(i used to tell him that we can see moon during night time as when 'uhm mo mo' (dark dark) that time)

then later we get out from the bedroom to the living room, my son pointed to the SUN and say "SUN" .....eeeeee my son still knows that bright bright things he sees thru the curtain is SUN. okok...no worry.

BUT then at the other window at the living room, he point at the moon and said "多多" (he is telling me that many MOONs there, aiyah...this is the 1st time we can see the moon at this angel at this window, my son confused with the moon he saw at bedroom window and this moon at this window liao.....)
daddy "boy, 只有一个 MOON, 一个 OK?" (boy, only one moon ok?)

then my son keep quiet and seem understand what i am talking about.....

I just came to my project site with taxi. I was now on the taxi without aircon for more than 40 minutes and still feel GOOD, is it because of the nice weather now (yup windy and cooling too with average 20c) OR because i am gonig back and everything looks GOOD now? :)kekekekeke NOT sure.

if you followed my blog you will find out that i am a die-hard Palm User. i always team up with others to go against the Pocket PC by microsoft. as i think PDA should be a simple, friendly, straight forward device which Palm does the right things. Morever, I DO NOT like the interface in pocket PC (PPC = Pariak Punya Computer) :)

however, as usual, Microsoft with more than USD44billion reserved can always buy this company, buy that solution, hire this people to improve its platform to eat into the competitors market. for the past few years, Palm market shrink from over 50% to about 30%. The worst is that Palm is NOT doing anything good/right to fight back. The response to the market trend is slow and NOT competative enough (this treo650 launched early this year BUT still lack of a mega pixel camera, no WIFI, stupid antenna. YEAH basically these 3 main points OR ELSE i bought it liao) even with the latest model, Treo650 ....Die-Hard 死硬 lah like that even this die hard fan also turning harbour 转码头 soon...*sorry, andy/laypeng/yenteen for bringing you all to this kekekekeke* Rumour over internet that the new treo is running on the new window mobile 5.0 *if palm itslef NOT interested in keeping its own OS, i also NO need to act as die-hard fan anymore*

I just read on internet that O2 is launching it latest pda-phone-camera device called 'O2 Exec' by end of the month, estimating price at euro600. it is a 3G compatible phone, 1.3mp camera (2mp is better), bluetooth, WIFI, latest Win Mobile 5.0 and a keyboard (i think grafiti still not that good/suitable in some environment) and look at the design!!! it is GORGEOUS!!!(chun leh...)

a good review HERE on the hardware as it is still a pre-production model and the firmware was NOT up to date that moment.

another routine..

Suppose to do my hair cut when going back KL next week. BUT after check on the schedule...waliao..will be like almost end of the month then..and plan to have mykad before that...rather than see an 'orang utan' there...so went to my hair-saloon near my place...
today again is very nice weather, i checked on my weather at my area only max 25c and showed 23c at 1230. so i decided to bring along the camera just in case meet some 'liang nui' or nice cars...

still the same old path to my morning breakfast (along the same road) BUT now is noon...and different weather.....hmmmmmmm ^_^

this is my 4th times here. normal hair cut and shampoo and massage (as package) about RMB38 (used to be RMB30) .normally took about 90 minutes for all these 3 steps. today i want it quick so i didnt do the massage BUT still last for one hour. Why? boh song loh.

as just bought my 2nd digital camera(DC) last month detail HERE BUT saw some article on the new & upcoming models. aiyah...why always like that one?


the panasonic has two models LX1/LX2 (dpReview here) with classic leica design, cool. as seeing more and more DC no matter brand and model always GOT a similar look and bored with it liao....
that day read on this review..WOW it is good NOT only on the features/functions BUT also look-at-the-design!!! it is NOT those CARD type DC and body a bit 'thinker' than my current nikon model (i saw the REAL one at the mall last sunday) and it is price double my DC (more than RMB5k leh) BUT BUT BUT...

by end of sep 2005, nikon is going to launch its world 1st DC with WIFI, both P1 & P2 (dpReview here) (difference on the pixels) where the pictures captured can be directly transfer back to your desktop/notebook (BUt not to any computer nearby BUT the one installed with it proprietary nikon Project application) without any cable and remove-card-and-put-in-card-reader. *i remembered few years back sony launched one of its DC which equiped with bluetooth, till NOw still not many notebook/desktop come with bluetooth BUT most of the new notebook ARE either centrino/sonoma/3rd party WIFI enabled-no issue and better acceptance*

i always like wireless, that's why already make it wireless in office and home. no wire leh..so nice.


*anyone wanna get a good quality 2nd hand DC which barely used for 1 month (bought on 15th August) and come with a spare battery??? (i still wanna keep the kingston 1GB SD card)

with previous trip experience, we already prepared some new toys for our son on next friday 6 hours flight back to Kuala Lumpur.

kekekeke my wife ordered 11 piece of toy cars for him (no lah, some may pass to relative..too many cars for this guy liao...) most of it are his favourite like fire engine, cement mixer, ambulance, bulldozer, dump truck, oil tanker...(in fact he got most of it already BUT all in different size.... ) *these are the car-car that will get him excited whenever he is checking them at the room window, poor boy no partner to play with him most of the time.... *

woooo one piece cost me RMB18 leh....so total..RMB198 already...

PRAY hard hard and really hope this works OR else...nightmare. NOT sure how to make him sit tight2 for 6 hours.

so this 18th Sep is the 'moon cake festival' 中秋节. our company just received some festival gifts from hotel and the ticketing agent. the nicely packed chinese tea leave (picture below) is from the ticketing agent. and the hotel that we have contract gave us 2 bags of nice moon cake. i almost bought the same moon cake AS i just get the price from my admin...NOW comes FREE kekekeke. we tried it last night....NOT BAD.

at fuzhou 福州市 Day 2

woke up as early as 0600 as to make sure we will be on time for the presentation (we do not know the traffic condition there (even the day before i already asked the airport taxi driver to bring m there to have a look on the building that i have my appointment) and was told it is hard to get a taxi from the hotel BUT then we managed to get a hotel car to send us there).....

we went out to check out the town around 1700 (too bad, was too rush and forgot to bring along my camera :( *boss waiting downstairs for me leh...dont play play. by the time realised already in the car toward the town liao....*).

the hotel driver sent us to 'walking street' 步行街 in the town. a bit dissapointed as used to compared with the one at Shanghai, nanjing road 步行街 and the one in Beijing WangFuJin 王府井. it is short, kekeke yup the street and really nothing like the other 2 that i mentioned before. tried some local food eeeeeeee NOT really like it.


NOT satisfied, we take a taxi and asked if there is a place called 'new place' 新天地 where lot of bars/pubs (also did not expect something as nice as Shanghai's 新天地) 'Yup, i know the place' the driver answered confidently. after 20 minutes drive...'eeeeeee is this the place?', 'YES, you just walk in from here'

this is the 'new place' 新天地? BUT it is so quiet and like residential area where we see more than 10 blocks of new and nice condominium where more than 95% still vacant...aiyah 3 big guys 'ma lat lo' here, NO FEAR. eeeeee yeah a lot of small shopes BUT more than 97% CLOSED liao and no pub no bar no lounge!!! most of the shops selling cloths, household items, bakery, tailor....we only see one drug store and one chinese restaurant still open for business (that time was about 2000 only leh), GO GO GO lah..nothing to see....

aiyoh this area so difficult to get a taxi, managed to stop one after 10 minutes BUT hijacked by another guy coming from nowhere!!!! Waliao...me and my colleague so damn MAD liao...finally grab the 2nd one and asked if any nice place to go for a drink in town...'YES, there is this place called 'bar street 酒吧一条街 where lot of bars along the road' 'OK, let's GO'

Talk about the fuzhou fishball 福州鱼圆, we managed to get it in our hotel breakfast. it is big and looks delicious BUT BUT BUT...instead of fish meat i think with too much flour *5 stars leh, why so bad one*. again at walking street 步行街 we tried it at one of the store specialise in fishball, worst then the one in the hotel...so, the fuzhou fishball 福州鱼圆 in KL is much better than here.... :)

Yup, remembered the hainan chicken rice 海南鸡饭at hainan island? i failed to get it there. BUT my the other colleague was there last month and managed to find it at one of the restuarant...she still think that the malaysian's hainan chicken rice 海南鸡饭 is far much better than here....

May be those already been 'localised' to our taste...BUT BUT BUT one of the HK's girl tried our malaysian hainan chicken 海南鸡饭 also said the samething....kekekekeke

beijing 北京 > fuzhou 福州市 DAY 1

i am at fuzhou 福州市 now. last week supposed to come here BUT due to typhoon, the appointment cancelled and changed to tomorrow.

small airport,quiet, nothing special just proceed to the taxi queue. WOW,

'sir, where do you wanna go?'
'airport taxi, RMB130 flat rate to town ok?'
'come to my car, very comfortable...'
'i have fa piao.....'

so many taxi drivers coming towards my site like fan coming to super star kekekekeke. all offerred me with good rate to go town. i did not bother all the driver just go straight to the 1st taxi in the queue.

'is that airport taxi?'
'yes, sir. it is my car' one of the driver answered
'do you have proper fa piao?'
'yes, let's go'

the airport is about 65km from the fuzhou town 福州市 and approximately 70 minutes drive. i asked the taxi driver

'arent they all the airport taxi drivers?'
'yes'
'why they wanna come in and giving out offer like that?'
'they do NOT wanna wait for their turn and wanna cut queue and intercept customer!!! we, chinese never change, never follow rules!!!??' the driver complaint also....'
*that's remind me of the incident the same day morning where queue up at boarding lounge, at 1st a nice queue built up. BUT once the gate open, instead of 15 persons in front of you suddently before 50 persons come from the side!!! and worst part is everyone seem it is normal to do so!! i even tell 2 auntie to queue up both of them just stared at me then no action.*


on the way to town, most of the time on 'kampung road' and always in the 'in construction mode'...'kampung' view, special 3 storey bungalow house every where....*who said they got no money?*

RMB210 for taxi fare? that's expensive BUT the taxi meter show RMB185 and the rest are toll fee...never mind lah...all with fa piao 发票.

checked in to the LakeSide Hotel 西湖大酒店, the 5 stars hotel here which just right beside the 'westlake' 西湖 (the picture below taken from my room). the room still OK eventhough a bit old fashion. almost 1730 after sending out some urgent emails out.
as my colleagues only come in after 3 hours....decided to walk along the street around the hotel...really nothing special...
HAHA guess what, i cant find at store that sell 'fuzhou fish ball'福州鱼圆??!! tot it is the originated here?
BUT i managed to get some canned food that i failed to get in Beijing hahahaha HAPPY. this 'west lake' 西湖 is NOT as GRAND as the 'west lake' in hanzhou 杭州西湖(my boss said one lah...i never been there...)

after dinner with colleagues, back to sleep loh...so tired...

Breakfast at Steak n Egg

we came right to steak n egg from TianAnMen Square 天安门广场. it is located at xiu shui south street 秀水南街5号. this is our second visit here as far from our apartment. when we reach here about 0930 already 50% full and 90% are kuailoh/kuaipoh.
eeeeee this resutarant is 100% bigger than 3 months ago when our 1st visit as it take over the shop beside it and expanded...see food business always easier to manage...(talk easy, work difficuit)
HUNGRY leh...so JUMBO breakfastRMB45/set loh what else and a glass of re-fillable ice coffee...my wife ordered the same also (sure can not finished one lah then will push to my plate) kekekeke

the set come with 3 fried eggs, 2 sausages, 1 slices of bacon, a slice of meat (NOT HAM), fried potatoe and 4 slices of toast (infact 2 only which cut into half)











my colleague Zach ordered something else...eeeeee something called ribs??? that with a portion of chicken and beef ribs + 2 scoops of mesh potatoe...look YUMMY but do not think to have BRUNCH (BReakfast + LUNCH) like that....

when leaving that time, my son suddenly like the chair outside so much that wanna SIT SIT SIT...so let him sit for a while loh....

FULL liao / TIRED also / SWEATY too, is time to go home to have a nice bath and sleep...kekekekeke

Good Sunday Morning TianAnMen Square 天安门广场

after around 6 months in Beijing, this morning we decided to pay TianAnMen 天安门广场 a visit. (also excuses lah, when we were here in march still in winter mode, the spring time too short and busy shopping for household items that moment. summer? forget it lah so HOT....hehehe now autumn liao...*probably new camera also*)

0725 : my colleague already came ith taxi to pick us up....nice weather and sunny day (in fact if better we can reach there by 0600 as that time already very bright and nice for photograph)

0745 : OK photo session start liao...





Wah, so many people!!! no wonder it is ranked highest population of the world. (a lot fo tourists too...hmmmm next time will reach here around 0600)

shanghai shanghai 上海外滩

16th August 2005, i visited Shanghai for 2nd time. this round i brought around my new camera, nikon coolpix 5900 and captured a short video clip at 上海外滩 there.
i wanted to post this for long time BUT always failed till TODAY......

brainless one...

i have seen at least 5 incidents that small accident on the road caused the massive traffic jam.

most of the time only the scratches on bumpers...BUT both the dongdong drivers do not take any action to move their car to the road side to ease the traffic behind it....these are what we called brain-less people.

this happened right in front of my apartment last weekend in the evening, not sure what happened, these 2 cars just decided to leave their cars on the road like that, both sides were on the phones (for backup? wanna 'piak you' 砍友)

IF Nothing serious happend to both side then please move the cars aside lah...during that period for around 30 minutes, a lot of cars passing by and few times almost created another collission right there BUT these 4 dongdong do NOT seem bothered with that...KNN like happy getting attention there...orang CELAKA...

i checked around 1900 when my TV show finished, all disappearred liao...

*there was another incident haapened just right outside of the opposite petrol station where a bicycle knocked on a car which is turning into the petrol station from the main road. nothing serious happened, the cyclist just fell on the floor, instead of standing up and move aside with the bicycle, he decided to show his stupid pity face and sat on the floor till the police come. BUT the police ah pek seem get used to this situation as after failed to persuade him to move aside, he just get on his plice and car and drove off!!! this guy like 'die loh, police ah pek is going away no one around to help me liao' QUICKL Ystand-up and ran to the police car attempt to stop of course failed lah...(see still can run leh...) so police men left, the car also driving into petrol station to pump petrol....this guy 没戏了 and go after that...*

my dinner last night

recently we seldom have dinner on weekday (weekend will have early dinner or lunch CUM dinner). however, we will have milo, coffee or milk tea and some biscuit instead.

i always think that we do not need full meal for dinner as less activity at night (kekeke those 'bedercise' is another story)



last night, we decided to have light meal with roti canai + curry chicken!!! yummy, my colleague brought me 2 packs of frozen roti prata when he back to beijing last week.

aiyooooo missed it so much that this morning we had it again....not much left only 12 pieces...

on 24th sep morning, i am sure i will sapu at least 3 pieces of FRESH roti canai...kekekeke

NO CLOUD!!!?!! this noon when i was walking back for lunch...sunny, breeze and just nice temperature (later found out around 27c and in apartment around 25c ONLY)
today is the 1st day that we didnt ON the aircon in the living room for the whole day...

人算不如天算

last few days was busy preparing one presentation for this friday.
however, when i about to leave for airport this morning, my wife asked me to call the airline is the flight still on scheduled as the town 福州市 was hit by typhoon these 2 days....

'all flights to the town cancelled for today and probably tomorrow also'
my office admin told me after 10 minutes. luckily my wife alerted me on that....
but my boss already on the way and failed to get him (he is flying from KL)...so now he is stuck at another town 厦门.....

and plan to go again next monday/tuesday BUT later found out that another typhoon already formed and going to exact path as the current typhoon to hit the same town next tuesday......eeeeee why so 'ngam' one...

now, got to wait few more days then only decide liao...suddenly i have few extra days for more focus preparation on the presentation.
