Although It still within the 36 months contract BUT we will still considered it as late delivery as the sales girl verbally promised sometime April 2007 as by the time we bought the unit already 75% completed.(lesson learnt, can not trust the sales said...)
We like the airy environment.
We like the new layout and the bigger apartment..1300 square feet compared to 960 at the current unit.
We like the freedom to renovate the house as we want (only limited to our budget... :-()
BUT
We hate the distance from the town (my current unit can reach KLCC in just 9km++ in less than 20 minutes)
We hate the the monthly installment (i have not paid any installment for few years already...)
We hate the floor tiles (compared to current unit with broken marble) but no budget to change to timber flooring...
We even came to a point to sell this unit to make some money and continue staying the current unit...BUT afte calculate * 99 times, nothing much gain and we do not know when the current unit will improve..
so..decided to stay..and waiting to clear all the money in the bank for the minor renovation and the new home appliances like the air conditionor units * 3 / ceiling fans / fridge and also the grille / curtain / dining table / built wardrobe / heater storage / ...
Waliao..the list getting longer and longer and seem no end :-(
