another bad experience at A&W outlet :-(

2 days ago, stopped by at Overhead Bridge Rest Area @ Ayer Keroh for a short break there after traveled more than 200km from JB.

I checked on my watch that I start queuing at 1730. Yes, I understand during festive season more people BUT they took 30 minutes to serve 6 customers in front of me!!!

1st the cashier was asking if the customer have 20 cents coin and waited the small boy to run back to his mother to get the 20 cents and come back then only start processing the order!
Why can't she start collecting the food while waiting for the 20 cents?

2. Half way through processing another customer order, ran out of the instant coffee, so the cashier open up the small vending machine to take a look then check on the counter underneath...
walk back to the kitchen to check...
then check one more round again...
walked back to kitchen to check then come out with another colleague to check on the cabinet underneath then ...
on vending machine again..
then asking customer if able to change to other hot drink..
while waiting for the customer to decide..happily chatting with other front line cashiers..

Waliao..all the 3 service queues with more than 10 person each line still like 'Tidak Apa lah let them wait...'

I was like @#$&()5$#%!~ behind the queue with other customers....

I wrote a complaint letter to A&W few months ago on another bad experience at another outlet...but no reply, no phone call nothing from them..

no wonder A&W is not doing well comparing to other fast food..like M and K

Even though already more than 20 years ago i worked for one month at A&W Kuantan BUT I still remember that we MUST serve the root beer in the chilled mug but at the 2 outlets above, they just take whatever mug out there with the room temperature and pour in the root beer..

and the famous coney dog taste like weird,


worst with oily fries... and the lousy web site forever under construction!

Wah Piang...no more next visit liao..
